Are you feeling detached? Disconnected? Unclear? Stuck? Unsettled? Traumatized? Distrusting?
I can help to facilitate your return to your authentic self by using emotional, somatic, cognitive, and spiritual means. Ketamine assisted psychotherapy and EMDR are most commonly used. Visit my Ketamine Therapy and EMDR pages to learn more.
I see the therapeutic relationship as symbiotic. I believe everyone has innate strength and wisdom, yet sometimes stress in life can cloud those elements. I have the experience of over ten years in the mental health field, and I will use the modalities listed to guide you on our journey together.
I graduated in 2007 with my BA in Psychology from Wheaton College in Massachusetts. In 2011, I graduated with my Master's Degree in Social Work from Simmons College. I have worked in residential, hospital, and school settings and I’ve been in private practice since 2017. I practice EMDR and ketamine therapy which can be a powerful tools for personal growth, depression/anxiety, and trauma. I also specialize in working with women's issues, particularly emotional concerns surrounding pregnancy, miscarriage, and the postpartum period.
I identify as a white cisgender straight female and I recognize my privilege as such. I strongly welcome individuals whose identity differs from my own.
As a human, I value all things social justice; specifically racial and gender equity. I love being by the water- ocean, lake, river and basking in the sun. I enjoy metalsmithing for jewelry, yoga, and laughing at how grumpy my cat is. I have done (and continue to do) my own personal therapy work including ketamine journeys & psychedelic therapy work.
Feel free to talk with me more about my experience during our consultation.
