Jamie Hauptman, LPC (she/her/hers)

(Contract Therapist)

Navigating early adulthood can feel overwhelming—whether you’re facing big life transitions, anxiety, relationship struggles, or unresolved trauma that still impacts you. I’m here to help you make sense of it all.

In our sessions, we’ll work together in a supportive, judgment-free space where you can explore what’s holding you back and reconnect with your authentic self. My approach is deeply relational, meaning I value the power of connection—between us, within your community, and most importantly, with yourself. I believe healing is possible for you, and I’m here to help you feel safe, grounded, and empowered every step of the way. Together, we’ll explore how you can live in alignment with your true values—so you can move forward in life with greater ease, self-trust, and authenticity.

I use an integrative approach to meet your individual needs by pulling from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Based Therapy.

I have 3 years of experience in various therapeutic settings including inpatient care and private practice. I have a BS in Psychology from Emporia State University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Outside of work I can be found spending time in the mountains, reading, in a lagree class, or at my local farmers market!

Feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
