Jamie Hauptman, LPC (she/her/hers)
(Contract Therapist)
I enjoy working with people through life transitions, anxiety, depression, attachment wounds, relationship difficulties, and trauma. Through a relational lens, I work to create a collaborative space in session where we can explore the roots of the challenges you are experiencing together. I am here to assist as a guide in reconnecting with your authentic self, your values, and your intuition. I place a high value in the healing power of the client-therapist relationship, community, and human connection. I believe we all have the ability to heal, and I am here to help you feel safe and empowered on your journey.
I use an integrative approach to meet your individual needs by pulling from various modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Attachment Based Therapy.
I have 3 years of experience in various therapeutic settings including inpatient care and private practice. I have a BS in Psychology from Emporia State University, and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha. Outside of work I can be found spending time in the mountains, reading, in a lagree class, or at my local farmers market!
Feel free to reach out for a free consultation to see if we would be a good fit!
