(Contract Therapist)

Through human connection, healing takes place. I hope to help you begin the process to improve your emotional health no matter where you are in life. As your therapist, my goal is to help you feel at home in your body, mind, and heart. I can help deconstruct and shift your “shoulds” into something that feels more authentic and meaningful to you. Sometimes all we need is a safe environment to explore primary interests, develop goals, and determine strengths and assets to move forward.

My experience involves working with clients with complex trauma, attachment & relationship issues, anxiety & other mood disorders, substance abuse & rebuilding skills related to relaxation and stress management. My approaches to therapy include a collaborative manner to truly connect with my clients, listening to their needs/goals, while gently facilitating space for healing. I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. I am also trained in both EMDR (trauma) and Gottman (couples therapy).

I graduated from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a bachelor's in psychology. In 2022, I received my master's in social work from Fort Hays State University. In my free time I love spending time in the outdoors hiking, attending sporting events, or traveling.

It takes courage to consider reaching out for help and taking the step toward change. I am here to support and empower you on this journey and it is my hope that through our work together you will be able to live in greater alignment with your values in order to live the fullest life possible.
